The recent Courts of
Inquiry investigating allegations of Police and District
Attorney misconduct as well as the Court of Inquiry into the
El Paso Housing Authority is an unprecedented examination of
the legal system in our community. The ramifications of
these ongoing investigations may result in serious
consequences for our city. In light of the interest in these
cases and their possible consequences, the El Paso Tribune
is making these public documents available to the community for
information and public discussion on these serious issues.
It is hoped that this site will act as a repository and monitoring
service of the
court cases, dockets and filings of all public documents associated
with the litigation of these cases. Please
